Below you will find answers to the questions we get asked the most about our Escape Room.

• What is an Escape Room?

  An Escape room is a unique immersive experience where you must find codes, clues, and solve puzzles to make your way through the rooms to unlock your way out or complete a specific task. All of our games are more than one room and include a wide variety of puzzles to solve.

• Will we play with strangers or another group?

  All of our escape room experiences are private so you will only ever play with the people you bring with you.

• What is the price per player?

  Our current price is $34.99 per person.

• Do you offer any discounts?

  We are proud to offer our military and first responder players a 10% discount. This is just our way of saying thank you for your service. To receive this discount you will need to make your reservation over the phone. Proof of service will need to be provided up arrival. For the purpose of this discount a first responder is classified as police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics.

• What is your refund or cancellation policy?

  Due to the nature of escape rooms and the limited number of time slots available we have a strict no refund policy. If you wish to reschedule your escape game, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your original booking. Rescheduling is not guaranteed for specific days or times.

• Are apointments required or can we just walk in?

  While we recommend booking ahead of time to gaurantee the time and game you wish to play is available we do gladly accept walk-ins during normal business hours.

• Can we add additional players when we arrive?

  Once you book the escape room it becomes private so you may add additional players upon arrival. We do ask that if you are going to add players that you arrive about 10-15 minutes early to allow time to take payments and sign waivers before your escape game begins.

• Can each player pay seperately?

  Yes each player can pay seperately. When booking your escape room online we require prepayment for a minimum of 2 players to hold your reservation. If other players need to pay seperately they can be added to your booking upon arrival and pay seperately or all together. We do ask that if you are going to add players that you arrive about 10-15 minutes early to allow time to take payments and sign waivers before your game begins.

• What time do we need to arrive for our game?

  We recommend that you arrive for your escape game 10 minutes early to allow time to get checked in and for waivers to be signed. If there is another booking in the time slot after yours we cannot allow extra time past your booked time slot. We do this out of fairness to groups that may be following yours.

• Can we leave the room during our escape game?

  While we do not recommend leaving the room during your game because of the immersive nature of our escape rooms, the doors are never locked and you may leave the room at any time for any reason. Keep in mind that your time will continue to run while you are out of the room.

• Can we have a large group that requires multiple game rooms?

  Our escape rooms can definately accomodate large groups. If you have a group larger than 10 please contact us so we can discuss options for your specific group. Normally we can split your large group into smaller groups and have each group play a seperate escape room simultaneously or the smaller groups can play a single escape room consecutively.

• What happens if we arrive late for our game?

  Due to the nature of escape rooms and the limited number of time slots available it is important that you arrive for your booking at least 10 minutes early. If you are late we may need to dock that amount of time from your game play time. This is done out of consideration for the group that will be in the time slot behind yours. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to late arrivals.

• Are your room accessible to players with disabilities?

  All of our escape rooms are wheel chair accessible and we make every effort to accomadate any other special needs or requests. We believe that our escape room experience should be available to everyone reguardless of any special needs. Please keep in mind that some of our rooms utilize strobe lights, darkness, and loud noises however these features can be turned off upon request.

• Do you allow food or drinks in the rooms?

  We do not allow any food or drinks in any of our escape rooms. You may however consume any food or drinks in our lobby area.
